ICI Construction biz dev director Dan Anderson says the company's riding the waves of business sparked by the great homeowner exodus (to apartments) and the Baby Boomers? transition to seniors housing. It recently completed Orchard Park in McKinney, a 97-unit assisted living and memory care facility. It also started construction of the Chateau Mirage in Lafayette (280 units) and plans to start a mixed-use development in Mansfield in August (175 units, multifamily/retail).
