| The necessity of cost-effective measures in new developments is obvious, which is where TLC Contract Group comes in. Its prez Debbie Grayson (front right, clockwise Ryan Ballantine, Jessica Zouzelka, Kara Legako, and Bennett Stewart) tells us TLC finds ways to cut costs without sacrificing quality. For example, it saved the Hotel Intercontinental $1M on its latest project, Hotel Indigo in Nashville, which opened last week. Providing the design and purchasing for the project’s interior spaces is where Debbie tells us it finds savings: "We can go in, look at budget, and advise on what to spend." TLC finished three local restaurants last year and is now working on three assisted living facilities statewide. |
