NEW ASSISTED LIVING
December 20, 2010
Constant Care Management and the LaSalle Group, two companies HQ'd in Irving, broke ground on a new assisted-living facility in Tulsa, which will specialize in helping residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Autumn Leaves of Tulsa, a 26k SF 46-bed, long-term memory-care residence will open mid to late 2011. The company opened a Denton location (pictured) in late August. Tulsa will be the fourth regional market and the 16th property for The LaSalle Group and CCMC since they launched the Autumn Leaves brand more than 10 years ago. There are nine such communities operating in DFW, three in the greater Chicago area, and one in Houston, with two more scheduled to open there after the first of the year. The Tulsa property will feature 38 units and accommodate 46 residents in a home-like atmosphere. |
