OKC SAYS BYE to the MAVS

The Mavs pulled it off, winning both road games at the Oklahoma City Arena, which we snapped duting March Madness 2010, when it was still known as the Ford Center. Once we end the Thunder's season (Mavs in five), the arena will close to continue its expansion and renovation, including a grand entry with a multi-story atrium, new restaurants and lounges, a family fun zone, team offices, and expanded locker rooms. Excavation has started on the southwest side's exterior, arena staffers tell us. |
