Getting into the spirit, here's the Henry S. Miller Brokerage team sporting their Mavs gear today to support Dirk and the guys. HSM appraisal and consulting prez Mark O'Briant (far back left) sees a rebound of his own, in the CRE market, as out-of-state lenders enter the North Texas market and as smaller banks become more competitive for new loans. HSM has appraised several new/proposed restaurants in the last few months and retail sales have increased in certain selective submarkets. Cap rates have decreased for most property types over the past six to eight months and may continue a downward trend if the cost of funds stay at the current levels. |
