| HP EnviroVision was looking for space that allows for growth and leasing unused space to third-party tenants and found what they were looking for (U2 could learn from them) in the 25k SF office/warehouse space at 301 Trinity Blvd. in Grand Prairie. "It will be a perfect fit to become property owners with the ability to expand their business operations in the future,†says Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Andrew Richardson, who repped HP with his brother, Pete. Currently, the environmental remediation firm operates out of 8k SF in Irving with plans to relocate the corporate HQ this fall. The seller, a local real estate investor, was repped by Proterra Properties' Chris Bly. |
