| Houston-based Boxer Property acquired Executive Center II & III 8330-8360 LBJ Fwy. in Dallas. Purchased from a California investor, the 8- and 12-story buildings total more than 381k SF and are 75% leased. The acquisition brings the Dallas portion of the Boxer Property portfolio to more than 24 office buildings. The allure? Boxer reps say the its the Class A accommodations near the High Five and recent building renovations. The sale price wasn't disclosed. |
