Swinging for Tenants
Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and bribing brokers to check out your empty space. Its the American way, and Cushman & Wakefields Matt Schendle and Cynthia Cowen did it up right Friday at the Ballpark at Arlington--hosting a few dozen brokers for batting practice. The brokers got their BP ticket after touring 122 W John Carpenter or Vista Ridge I & II, which the duo is marketing for CapHarbor.
Heres Cushmans own Matt Heidelbaugh, who went yard to the cheers of area school children touring the Ballpark. Your DFW reporter, Tonie Auer, also took a turn in the cage. She got one out of the infield with a wooden bat (sources tell us), unlike some of the brokers who cheated with aluminum bats.
