We stopped by the call center Tuesday to visit with Todd and DaVita Rx VP of operations Len Schiavone, who tells us the landlord,RREEF (repped by Lone Star Advisors), made it a smooth transition to expand without having to relocate. The City of Coppell offered incentives to DaVita, too, Todd tells us. The long-term renewal will include the takeover of Westec Intelligent Surveillance?s space (as that firm relocates to Plano). DaVita will expand parking and finish out the additional space in the coming year. Len says the location is ideal as its central to employees from across the Metroplex and provides great access to shipping freight at the airport. He tells us DaVita has been growing year over year and as the firm has improved its IT system, expanded services, and added many partners it supports. USI Real Estate Brokerage Services?
