It's just a coincidence that the opening of the A-train coincided with the Urban Land Institute?s talk on selling the public on the benefits of public-private partnerships to build transportation projects. Here's Meridiam Infrastructure North America CEO Joseph Aiello, Hillwood Properties SVP Russell Laughlin, ULI EVP for the initiatives group Maureen McAvey, and NTCOG RTC and Dallas city councilman Ron Natinsky. The group said that a public-private partnership (i.e.private toll roads) is required to keep up with necessary infrastructure improvements. |
