| The $128M Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center at Dallas (thelargest outpatient cancer center in North Texas) on the Baylor University Medical Center Campus was recently completed and will mark its public grand opening on Saturday. |

| Designed by Perkins+Will and built by MEDCO Construction, the467k SF, 10-story state-of-the-art facility is expected to earn LEED Gold certification. Some of the unique features: a two-story parking garage under the building; dedicated CUP inside the building; and a radial connector bridge spanning two parking garages, the outpatient cancer center, and Baylor?s inpatient cancer hospital. MEDCO Construction prez Denward Freeman says the project was completed two months ahead of schedule and within budget. |
