'Tis the Season for Great Causes

With Thanksgiving around the corner, Cobalt Capital Partners loaded up and headed to Denison to repair and rebuild three homes through Habitat for Humanity. The group put up new siding, scraped paint, and applied new paint. (No truth to the rumor that COO Mike Wenaas recruited employees to join in Huck Finn-style.) Mike tells us Cobalt also recently inked the 75k SF, five-year renewal for Polyair Corp at 1600 Kelly in Carrollton. (Lee & Associates' Ken Wesson repped Cobalt; Cushman & Wakefield's Dan Cook and Mark Becker repped the tenant.) In a new lease, Northstar Ceramic Trading signed a 36k, SF five-year lease at 4545 Langland in Farmers Branch. Transwestern's Brett Owens repped Cobalt, while Citadel Partners' Jerod Hangartner repped the tenant.
