Whitestone Taps Structure to Lease 386k SF DFW Portfolio

Whitestone REIT awarded Structure Commercialthe exclusive representation ofits DFW portfolio, which includes the 254k SF Uptown Tower office building at 4144 N Central Expwy and the 133k SF Interchange Tower at 9101 LBJ Freeway.
Structure prez Eric Deuillet tells usUptown is 85% occupied and Interchange (which is located next to TI) is 75% occupied.In addition to the Whitestone portfolio, Structure also picked up the leasing assignment for almost 79k SF three-story Gateway Building at 1901 Gateway Dr in Irving.
