FSA Logistix Relocates Corporate Office To Fort Worth
In the latest of a slew of corporate moves taking place in North Texas, FSA Logistix has relocated its corporate management offices to a 44K SF office/warehouse space in North Fort Worth at the NorthPoint Trade Center.
The property had not even hit the market before the deal was done, and FSA Logistix has already moved into its newest “national hub.”
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services Senior Vice President and Managing Partner Nick Talley brokered the deal for Exetor 700-741 Eight Twenty L.P., owner of the four-building NorthPoint Trade Center. Providential Realty Partners’ Max Schwarztein represented FSA Logistix.
“It went pretty quickly. It only took 30 days to get the deal done,” Talley said in a statement.
According to Bradford’s statement, FSA Logistix’s move is part of a surge in national growth for the company driven primarily by a new contract with a large home-improvement chain, which, if FSA's website is any indicator, is Home Depot. GE, Best Buy and Sears are also among FSA’s client list.
Talley cites proximity to major highway arteries, North Loop 820 and I-35W as one of the chief reasons for FSA Logitix’s move from its former location in Southlake to the NorthPoint Trade Center. The company deems itself a “final mile” company, so a position with ready access to major highways was tantamount to its search for a second national hub.
