Colliers brokers Jarod Jaggers and Michael Bowles are telling us about Knoll Trail Crossing (15400 Trail Dr, Dallas), which is under new ownership (Prattco International) and beaming from almost $2M worth of renovations. It offers 500 SF to 19k SF (available immediately), as well as building signage. Parking ratio: 3.44/1,000 (213 surface and 119 covered). Prattco International partner Lance Bozman sees the building as being dropped into the middle of an exciting, dynamic restaurant and retail area and one of the hottest submarkets in all of the Metroplex.
