Lincoln Property's David Pettle, Who Oversaw Leasing and Development of Dallas Cowboy's HQ, Dies at 50

Lincoln Property EVP David Pettle passed away on Wednesday. He was 50. He was the Southwest region market leader for the company, overseeing real estate services and transactions in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Louisiana. He has been actively involved in the development and leasing of the Dallas Cowboys World HQ project in Frisco (pictured). His office’s latest project is the 260k SF 1900 Pearl in the Dallas Arts District. Champion Partners co-founder Jeff Swope tells us “David and Bill Duvall (also of Lincoln Property) were our partners at Energy Square. No matter what might get in the way and might require a short-term focus, David always kept the big picture in mind. We at Champion will miss him as a professional in the business. I will miss him as a partner and fellow believer.” David’s memorial service was held Saturday at Highland Park United Methodist Church.
