Lincoln Property To Build 2-Building Mixed-Use Development In Preston Center
Lincoln Property Co. announced plans to bring a two-building, mixed-use development featuring 225K SF of office and 128 multifamily units into Preston Center in Dallas.
Using land owned by Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church at 8111 Douglas Ave., Lincoln Property is building a 12-story office building and a 14-story multifamily building with views of Downtown Dallas, a rooftop terrace, a pool and a luxury lounge for residents.
Sewell Automotive Cos. has agreed to lease more than 26K SF inside the office development along with Lincoln Property's commercial division. Four remaining floors and a penthouse will be left for future tenants.
The development will bring 1.3 acres of green spaces, including an amenity deck between the towers and a ground-floor park.
The mixed-use project, which is slated to break ground in May, will sit at the intersection of Northwest Highway and the Dallas North Tollway between the Park Cities and Preston Hollow.
