Waco's Getting A 600k SF Distribution Facility
Central Texas is about to get some color. NAI Robert Lynn repped Sherwin-Williams Co in its plans to construct a state-of-the-art 600k SF distribution facility in Waco on a 46-acre site.
NAI Robert Lynn president Tom Lynn tells us the space is in a less-developed area of Waco but the proximity to highways makes it ideal for a distribution center. The company also had several roads and streetlights upgraded to bring the location up to the company's high standards, Tom tells us.
To find the perfect site for the paint company, they looked in the DFW area and Oklahoma but eventually decided on Waco. The City of Waco even agreed to sell the land well below market price.
