NAIOP Names Billingsley Co Developer of the Year
Billingsley Co earned the prestigious North Texas NAIOP 2014 Developer of the Year honors Thursday for its 1.8M SF of new commercial space in 2014. Here’s Billingsley’s SVP investments and build-to-suits Marijke Lantz and partner Lucy Billingsley accepting the award from NAIOP's president, Champion Partners’ Steve Modory. Billingsley started six build-to-suit office projects and four spec office and industrial buildings in 2014.
In the past decade, Billingsley has built 16 office buildings (more than 2M SF), 1.8M SF of industrial buildings, 3,600 apartments and 390k SF of retail.
