Preston Plaza Upgrade Update
Caddo Holdings’ Preston Plaza (Preston and Frankford roads), has recently undergone significant upgrades to bring the once-traditional ‘80s office building to a more modern and trendy work environment. Recently completed improvements include contemporary finishes in the lobby and other tenant common areas, an expansive tenant lounge with coffee bar and a state-of-the-art conference/training facility. The project offers suites ranging from 1,259 SF to 6,048 SF, including several upgraded spec suites. Caddo offers incentives to both tenants and their brokers, including a tenant technology package, moving allowance and gift card, and broker bonus for all tenant representatives. JLL’s Blake Shipley and Lauren Halstedt lease the property; Caddo principal Dustin Schilling says their team enjoyed great success with their spec suite and tenant amenity program.
