Construction Begins On PGA’s Frisco Headquarters
The highly publicized PGA of America headquarters in Frisco, Texas, is now under construction, with general contractor Adolfson & Peterson Construction breaking ground on the 106K SF facility this week.
The corporate headquarters captured the attention of North Texas commercial real estate professionals two years ago when it was announced the PGA would relocate from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, to Frisco, launching a massive entertainment, hospitality and office development in the North Dallas suburb.
The facility will anchor the 660-acre PGA Frisco campus, a development slated to house a 500-room Omni resort, two championship golf courses and a golf entertainment district.
The four-story headquarters now under construction is expected to house 150 PGA corporate employees, offering a top-floor conference room complete with outdoor terrace lounges overlooking a driving range and a championship golf course.
Adolfson & Peterson is working alongside architectural firm Page and Cushman & Wakefield on the build-out of the headquarters.
The office building is expected to open in the first quarter of 2022.
