Here Comes Weir’s Plaza: A Mixed-Use Development Anchored By A Furniture Store
A 12-story, Class-A office tower with ground-floor retail in Dallas’ Knox District is coming to life with financing for construction solidified this week.
A partnership led by Four Rivers Capital secured construction financing to build Weir’s Plaza, a mixed-use development that will sit near the Katy Trail in Dallas.
The development will offer 250K SF of office space, 40K SF of ground-floor retail and a 28K SF Weir’s Furniture store on the ground level at the corner of Knox and Travis streets.
Tenants will have the benefit of a lounge, a fitness center, and upscale dining and retail in the area.
The project is already 65% pre-leased with law firm Kirkland & Ellis agreeing to occupy 65K SF and coworking giant WeWork agreeing to a 71K SF lease.
