KBS signed two new leases totaling over 22k SF at Tollway North Office Park. Morrow Hill’s Jonathon Hill and Carlie Wilmes repped SomnoMed in its 17k SF lease, and Swearingen’s Al Piniagua repped Eikon in the other deal, a 5,300 SF lease. Transwestern’s Justin Miller repped landlord KBS.

Crampton 1352 purchased 20k SF at 4834 Reading St. The buyer was repped by Mercer Co’s Keenan Cook and Landon Broach, and the property was sold by Esiquio Cornejo.

FINANCING
JLL Capital Markets' Randy Fleisher and Jason Piering secured bridge financing on behalf of Quadrant Investment Properties for the purchase of Saint Paul Place, a 273k SF office property in downtown Dallas. Pine River Capital Management provided the loan.
DEVELOPMENT
Kroger is adding a new 80k SF Signature concept store to its portfolio. The new store will be on an 11.3-acre tract at the southeast corner of North Goliad Street (SH 205) and Quail Run Road in Rockwall. Construction by MYCON General Contractors has already begun and will complete in Q1 2017.
