DEVELOPMENT
JLB Realty got the go-ahead to build its 454-unit multifamily project called Grapevine Bluffs on a 185-acre tract owned by the City of Grapevine. Grapevine Bluffs will join Kubota Tractor Corp and Mercedez-Benz on the property.
FINANCE
Cohen Financial arranged a $6.8M loan to acquire the Allen Tech Center.
