JLL will lease a nine-story, Class-A office tower at 5950 Sherry Lane. The property near Northwest Highway and Dallas North Tollway has more than 196k SF of offices with 31k SF for lease, including 16k SF of contiguous space and spec suites scheduled to deliver later this year.
JLL EVP Daryl Mullin, SVP Blake Shipley and associate Cullen Donohue will lead leasing and marketing. Earlier this year, amenities and upgrades were added, including a new tenant conference center, a self-service sundry shop, and a renovated building lobby, corridors and restrooms at the property (pictured).

Thad Beckner will join Inroads Realty as VP. Thad specializes in retail project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales.

National Apartment Advisors will open a Dallas office under the management of Sam Pettigrew. Sam will be a managing partner focusing on multifamily brokerage.

Greysteel will market Radford Place Townhomes, a 30-unit multifamily property at 3922 Evergreen Street in Irving, for sale. Greysteel’s Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller, Ryan Hill and Andrew Hanson are handling the assignment on behalf of Texas 05 Partners.

Baker Hughes renewed 13k SF at Corporate Park Place in Irving. Colliers’ Daniel Rudd and Billy Vahrenkamp brokered the 62-month lease valued at $1M. Hartman’s Derek Alexander repped the landlord in-house.

Guitar Center leased 13k SF of junior anchor space at Cedar Hill Pointe (above) at the northwest corner of Pleasant Run Road and Highway 67. Weitzman’s Steve Gray and Phillip Hooks handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center in cooperation with JLL’s Cole Burdette and Rob Franks.
