HLC Equity purchased Toscana Apartments, a 192-unit, Class-B multifamily community in Carrollton for $13.3M. HLC Equity utilized a $10.4M loan originated by Bellwether Enterprise and Maverick Commercial Properties under Fannie Mae’s Green Rewards program.
