T-Mobile expanded its lease at Duke Bridges II at 7668 Warren Parkway in Frisco. T-Mobile will occupy the entire building, bringing its lease from 131K SF to 158K SF.
CBRE’s Jeff Ellerman and Scott Hobbs represented the tenant. PM Realty’s Shea Byers and Kurt Cherry represented Griffin Capital Co., sponsor of Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT. The expansion of its lease at the Class-A space will allow T-Mobile to accommodate an additional 350 employees at this location.

FINANCING
JLL’s Tim Leonhard and Chris Crump secured a $45M loan from Fannie Mae for BSR Trust to purchase Windhaven Park Apartments in Plano.

Stream Realty Partners finished the renovation of the 24-story, 549K SF Pinnacle Tower in Dallas. The cost of the trophy property’s renovation was undisclosed. Notable amenities include a tenant lounge with a service bar and wine lockers and complimentary shuttle service to and from the Galleria and local restaurants.
