Industrial Boom: We’ve Got the Deets

With DFW industrial vacancy rates hovering at 7.1%, the lowest since 2001, Bisnow wanted to help you know what’s driving the growth, where it will be, and why. We’ve scheduled our fourth annual DFW Industrial Real Estate Summit on March 25 at the Hotel Palomar. (You can still register here.) One deal that will likely be bantered about is ML Realty Partners’ acquisition of Park West Crossing, a 98-acre parcel in Coppell, just north of DFW International Airport (bordered by Freeport Parkway to the west, Southwestern Boulevard to the north, and South Belt Line Road to the east.) ML Realty Partners plans to break ground immediately on four Class-A industrial buildings totaling almost 308k SF.
