Industrial Development Breaks Ground In Irving
Jackson-Shaw and Stream Realty Partners broke ground on a 293K SF industrial development just south of the DFW Airport in Irving.
Parc SouthWest is composed of two buildings and will be tenanted by 20K SF to 60K SF tenants.
“We are excited to continue our relationship with Jackson-Shaw on another new development and a product type that is in high demand in the submarket,” Stream Realty Partners Vice President of the Industrial Team Luke Davis said in a statement. “There has been tremendous development and leasing activity in the bulk distribution sector, but this will be a new alternative for smaller to medium-sized tenants seeking modern construction by one of the premier developers in the city.”
The DFW airport submarket is one of the most coveted and competitive industrial markets in the country. This the second industrial development Jackson-Shaw has announced in the metro recently. Earlier this week, news broke that Jackson-Shaw is planning another industrial development on 38 acres in Richardson. Over the last 15 years, Jackson-Shaw has built 25 properties in Irving.
Parc SouthWest is slated for completion in Q4.
