$500M Preston Hollow Village Considers Office Additions
Looks like office users are excited at the prospect of more office in Preston Hollow Village. As the next phase of the project gears up, a tract just north of the Trader Joe’s at the northwest corner of Walnut Hill Lane and North Central Expressway could be a primo spot for a corporate HQ of up to 175k SF, according to the Dallas Business Journal.
Provident Realty Advisors CEO Leon Backes says he’s getting great feedback from corporate users on that piece of land. Preston Hollow Village (which we first told you about from the ICSC Recon floor in Vegas back in 2013) already has some office (which is 84% leased), which consists largely of medical space because of its location near hospitals.
Construction started on the next phase, which includes about 500 apartments with a 2017 delivery. There are also plans to build townhomes in the development, but nothing is concrete. [DBJ]
