76-Acre Mixed-Use Project Proposed In McKinney
A new mixed-use development has been proposed by Henry S. Miller on a site that would be enhanced by the extension of Laud Howell Parkway connecting US 75 and Dallas Parkway.
Henry S. Miller's Chris Burrow and Dillon Cook will launch the 76-acre project along with a developer and the City of McKinney. Construction of the Laud Howell Parkway extension from this project to the Dallas Parkway is set to begin later this fall with an estimated completion in 2018. Construction on development at The Village at McKinney will be determined after the property sells.
The men hope to mirror some of the same vibe as at Frisco's $5B Mile, Richardson's CityLine or Dallas' Mockingbird Station with retail, restaurants, office, hospitality and multifamily.
