Harwood's Bleu Ciel Is Rising Into The Sky
The ultra-luxe Bleu Ciel residential tower in a formerly nondescript part of Uptown is being erected as part of a new 18-block district of stylish shopping, arts and dining.
The site has been dug out and the foundation for the five-story parking structure has been laid. The sales center, which was designed in collaboration with Cantoni, was revamped with the assistance of HDF to energize the model with a fresh new design. Hunt Construction Group are are the general contractors on Bleu Ciel.
Harwood International’s Jessica Young tells us the response has been overwhelming. Last week, the company put seven homes under contract. Most of the upper floors are now full.
The units consists of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes from 1,300 SF to more than 7k SF. Prices start at $800k.
The tower offers breathtaking vistas with airy, open-plan floor plates that seemingly let the whole city in. The property aims to create a resort-like ambiance with rich amenities, like curated garden environments designed by world-renowned landscape architect Sadafumi Uchiyama, parks, a slew of restaurants and supreme shopping. A social room and movie screening room as well as a wine storage cellar for 10,000 bottles of wine are also on scene.
