High Street Residential and Principal Real Estate Investors To Break Ground On Legacy Multifamily Project
Legacy will soon fit another 300 units of Class-A residences into the master planned development. Trammell Crow’s High Street Residential and Principal Real Estate Investors will break ground this month on a 25-story tower on the corner of Legacy Drive near Dallas North Tollway in Legacy Town Center.
In true suburban fashion, the 300 units will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bedrooms ranging from 661 SF to 3k SF. Many of the larger units will have custom finishes typically found in single-family homes. Developers will seek LEED certification.
The project, called the Residences at Legacy, will have 15k SF of indoor amenity space with a fitness center, a media room, a business center and conference rooms. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, fire pits and grilling areas, an amenity deck with a second resort-style pool and a dog park.
The project architect is GFF. Waldrop + Nichols Studio is the interior designer. The Office of James Burnett is the landscape architect. Andres Construction will serve as GC, and Wells Fargo Bank provided construction financing.
