54K SF Office Building Is Heading To Fort Worth
Fort Worth desires more corporate relocation activity but lacks a large supply of modern office buildings for today's end users.
A new development, the 54K SF The Plaza at Willow Springs at 12600 Willow Springs, intends to be part of the solution.
Stream Realty Partners, which is handling leasing efforts for development owner Willow Springs Diamond Club Building LLC, expects the office destination to come online next year, offering space for tenants ranging from 1K SF to 44K SF.
The development, which is situated in the growing Alliance submarket, will offer future tenants 18K SF floor plates with customizable office suites, on-suite executive offices, a private pond with walking trails and a 10K SF event venue with daily catered lunches.
Tenants also will enjoy access to U.S. Highway 287 and a 15-minute ride to Fort Worth Alliance Airport.
The landlord selected Stream brokers Cullen Donohue and Vic Meyer to lease out the future tenant spaces.
“Population growth in this corner of the North Fort Worth Alliance submarket has grown over 200 percent in the last five years, and this trend is expected to continue for the foreseeable future,” Donohue said in a statement.
