Passing the NAIOP Gavel

Cue Hail to the Chief; Duke Realty regional SVP Jeff Thornton took the gavel and 2014 NAIOP North Texas chapter presidency on Tuesday. He's on the right, with Plains Capital Bank’s Brent Raindl and HFF executive director Mark Gibson. Mark, who's become a staple at NAIOP's January meeting each year, says this year he anticipates a steady flow of capital making its way into commercial real estate. It may even become the preferred investment vehicle. (We like hearing that... job security is always good when you have baseball tickets to pay for.)
