AmerisourceBergen Breaks Ground
Austin Ranch in Carrollton will soon have a new 300K SF office for pharmaceutical service company AmerisourceBergen. Billingsley Co. broke ground on the office designed by Gensler on Thursday, the Dallas Morning News reports.
This will be the largest office in the 1,700-acre Austin Ranch with more than 3,000 employees across 30 acres when it opens next year.
Other tenants in Austin Ranch include Interceramic (which broke ground last May), Edward Don, Freddie Mac, Quest, Sanyo and Orthofix.
JLL’s Jeff Staubach, Greg Biggs, Torrey Littlejohn and Chase Monroe repped AmerisourceBergen. Billingsley’s Marijke Lantz repped the master developer, Billingsley. (The brokers celebrated the deal with an epic cake.)
