Simon Greenstone Panatier P.C. joins the growing list of law firms in Dallas’ central business district with a seven-year, 24K SF lease at the Renaissance Tower.

The law firm is eschewing its old digs on the 34th floor of One McKinney in Uptown for a new home in Downtown Dallas. This is the latest in a string of law firms putting their vote of confidence in the CBD.

“With the resurgence of Main Street in Downtown Dallas, the tenant saw an opportunity to move to a space that offers the amenities and location they were looking for,” CBRE First Vice President Clay Gilbert said in a statement. “It’s refreshing to see a major law firm recognizing the benefits of being downtown and taking advantage of all that Renaissance Tower can offer.”

Gilbert, Dennis Barnes and Ben Davis, also of CBRE, represented SMA Equities + Moinian Group, the landlord at Renaissance Tower. Mohr Partners’ Rob Pipkin and Chris Leonard represented the tenant, which will move into its new office in August.
