Comerica Bank Tower Has A New Tenant

HighGround Advisors, an investment and trust services company that specializes in the nonprofit sector, signed a 26k SF lease at Comerica Bank Tower. The nonprofit formerly known as Baptist Foundation of Texas will relocate from Thanksgiving Tower.
HighGround Advisors president and CEO Jeff Smith said the building was a good fit for the company because it aligned well with its new brand identity and core values.
JLL managing director Brad Selner and senior vice president Brooke Armstrong repped the tenant.
On Comerica’s website, it lists available office space on 23 of its 60 floors.
