Adding to its growing list of more than 100 financial firms, the Crescent will add five new bank and wealth management firms to its mixed-use complex.
Wells Fargo Securities leased 14K SF; PNC Bank leased 11K SF; Alex Brown, a division of Raymond Jones, took 9K SF; BMO Harris Bank leased 4K SF; and West Texas National Bank inked 2K SF.
The 1.1M SF office space and 165K SF retail space in Uptown is 95% leased.

Newmark Knight Frank’s Mitch Wolff and Joe Siglin represented Wells Fargo Securities. Fischer’s Curt Starr represented PNC Bank. Elsewhere in the property, East Hampton Sandwich Co. will open next month. Sixty Vines will open in early 2018. Hotel Crescent Court is in the middle of a $30M renovation, which includes the redesign of all 195 rooms and 31 suites. This renovation comes on the heels of a $33M upgrade to the entire Crescent complex.
