EXCLUSIVE: OCC Inked 47k SF At Cypress Waters
Billingsley Co's Cypress Waters has a new tenant. OCC, the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization, will relocate its local corporate campus in Keller to Cypress Waters during Q2 2017.
OCC will occupy 47k SF within the 250k SF office at 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd, which will deliver in March 2017.
OCC selected Cypress Waters because of increased meeting rooms, open spaces and an enhanced work environment, OCC CEO Craig Donohue says.
Billingsley partner Lucy Burns promises a park is forthcoming just outside OCC's front door.
OCC will join Signet Jewelers (which signed a whopping 225k SF lease in Q2) and OneSource Virtual within the 1,000-acre master planned development with 4M SF of office space, 450k SF of retail and 10,000 residences.
Holly Duran Real Estate Partners' Lois Durkin repped OCC, with local support from Transwestern's Robert Deptula. OCC has partnered with architects Perkins+Will, engineer Environmental Systems Design and GC Balfour Beatty Construction to bring its office space to fruition.
