CityLine Well On Its Way To 5M SF Of Office With Completion Of State Farm's Fourth Tower
The 5M SF of office space at CityLine is quite a bit closer to being completed with the delivery of CityLine Four. Insurance giant State Farm took on another 500k SF in Richardson with the delivery of CityLine's fourth office tower. KDC completed Four CityLine on the east side of Plano Road this week.
State Farm now occupies more than 2M SF between four buildings in the mixed-use development on the southeast corner of Highway 75 and President George Bush Turnpike. The 12-story tower sits above a five-level parking structure with about 30k SF of retail on the ground floor.
KDC partnered with Austin Commercial for general contracting, Corgan Architects for shell building and interior architecture, Kimley-Horn for civil engineering, Telios for mechanical engineering, and LA Fuess for structural engineering.
Upon completion, the 186-acre development will have 5M SF of office, nearly 4,000 units of multifamily, 60 restaurants and shops, two hotels (including one Aloft Hotel) and two parks connecting to trails.
