Granite Park V Scores Several New Tenants, Brings Occupancy To 87%
Granite Properties inked eight new tenants totaling 170K SF at the 12-story, 306K SF Granite Park V in Plano. Once these tenants move in, the tower at 5830 Granite Parkway will be 87% occupied.
Huckabee, an educational architectural and engineering firm, leased 10K SF. JLL’s Steve Thelen and Pat McDowell repped Huckabee.
Rubicon’s Charlie Otte repped law firm Bowman and Brooke in a new lease. Duggan Realty’s LJ Erickson repped telecommunications firm Award Solutions, and JLL’s Brooke Armstrong, Natasha Kahn and Phil Geiger repped RightPoint Consulting in its new 5K SF lease.
Other tenants include technology companies, a marketing company and a healthcare company. All new tenants will move in during Q2 and Q3 2017.
In January, Common Desk released plans to triple its DFW footprint with a 27K SF lease at Granite Park V and a 13K SF lease in Fort Worth’s West 7th Corridor.
Granite Park totals six Class-A office towers, a 300-room Hilton and 80K SF of retail. Fannie Mae’s 10-story, 330K SF office is set to open in Granite Park later this year.
