Hall Park Getting 17th Office Building
Hall Group chairman Craig Hall might have started developing land north of the Sam Rayburn Tollway before roads even existed to get there, but he's far from done developing in Frisco. Yesterday, Hall Group broke ground on its 17th building in Hall Office Park.
The 300k SF Class-A building called 3201 Dallas Pkwy will deliver December 2017 as the tallest tower in the 162-acre park. The 12-story spec building will have 3.8 structured parking spots per 1k SF.
Craig (here with Frisco mayor Maher Maso) partially credits the success of the park to Hall's desire to grow with tenants and make a positive impact on the surrounding community. Craig says 3201 Dallas Pkwy may be the tallest office building Hall has broken ground on in Frisco so far, but not for long as he plans to continue building in the Dallas burb.
HKS designed the tower and Austin Commercial is building it. The master planned development includes 3M SF of office space, retail, restaurants and a hotel.
