Hall Park’s 17th Building Gets $57M In Financing

After breaking ground on its 17th office building in Hall Park in September, Hall Group has finalized more than $57M in financing for the 12-story building at 3201 Dallas Pkwy in Frisco.
HFF senior managing director Trey Morsbach and associate director Michael Cosby represented developer Hall Group to place the construction loan with a lending syndicate led by Commerce Bank.
