Level Office Raises Its Co-Working Offerings For Bigger Companies
Co-working concept Level Office launched new offerings to better accommodate larger businesses at its Dallas office in the Katy Building at 701 Commerce St. These suite-style offices will be the first co-working offerings of their kind in Dallas.
Chicago-based Level Office met a specific need to accommodate larger tenants at its Dallas location after witnessing many startups and small businesses continually outgrow their Level space. (These offerings will also likely help Level compete with new Downtown concepts such as Industrious.)
Level's new spaces can house 10 to 100 employees with a private entry, dedicated offices, a conference room, a kitchen and an open floor plan. As with all other Level memberships, these services come with utilities, internet and furniture. Suites must be rented on a one-year term.
Level Office’s West End location is one of 14 across the U.S.
