Nate Paul Talks Downtown Metamorphosis
With money flowing in to update towers and rehab historic buildings, there's never been a more exciting time than the present for Downtown Dallas, according to World Class Capital CEO Nate Paul. That’s why we’re thrilled to host Bisnow’s The Evolution of Downtown Dallas event on March 31.
WCC purchased 717 Harwood early last year and has already moved in 330k SF of new tenants into the 844k SF tower, which was formerly known as KPMG Centre. Nate says the amount of capital being invested in building renovations, new construction, and the sheer number of new people moving and working in Downtown is transforming Dallas’ CBD. “There is tremendous opportunity to make Downtown Dallas a 24/7 destination,” he tells us. Nate tells us the urban core is at an inflexion point; there are multiple companies moving into office buildings, apartments being developed, and hotels coming on line. All of that will change how people view Downtown Dallas, he says. It's a great time to be an owner in Downtown and be part of the transformation into one of the most desirable cities in America to do business.
WCC just completed a full-scale lobby renovation, as well as the construction of its new 20k SF amenity space for tenants on the second floor (pictured.) This space features a WiFi lounge, conference rooms and training rooms as an amenity for tenants. Nate says the tower was appealing to WCC because of its efficient floor plans in a Class-A property that’s directly adjacent to the Arts District. The location, the renovated building lobby and amenities and easy access for public transportation are all pluses for the tower, he says. Hurry to save your place now by registering here.
