The Class-A boutique office project at 4145 Travis St. will be about 60K SF and 50% pre-leased at the start of construction, Pacific Elm Properties Chief Marketing Officer Sara Terry confirmed. The company expects to break ground in early 2025.

Stillwater will transition to the four-story building from its Uptown office at 2515 McKinney Ave. The estimated construction cost is $31M, according to a permit filed with the state, though Terry didn't confirm the number.

The investment firm is widely known for The Link, its $1B mixed-use development in Frisco, as well as its adjacent $500M PGA Campus project, which includes the golfing trade group's new headquarters.

Stillwater is also partnering with Plano’s Haggard family to turn one of the city’s last remaining tracts of undeveloped land into a 142-acre agrarian-themed development. Phase 1 of the mixed-use project, which includes a three-story office building and parking garage, kicked off last summer.
