5-Story, 310k SF Office Building Breaks Ground At CityLine
Transwestern broke ground on its new five-story office building at CityLine. The 310k SF 3400 At CityLine will feature structured parking, 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
The building, designed by BOKA Powell, will include a fitness center, an on-site café, outdoor café seating, a hospitality lounge and on-site security.

The CityLine neighborhood in Richardson features 92k SF of retail, restaurants and entertainment, connection to 4.5 miles of nature trails, several multifamily complexes and hotels, and proximity to two DART stations.
The joint venture between Transwestern , Dallas-based Malouf Interests and UBS Asset Management will be leased by Transwestern's Nathan Durham and Duane Henley and open in mid-2017.
