Callaway Architecture: Multifaceted Projects Abound
Callaway Architecture CEO Tony Callaway has seen a positive shift in several markets over the past two years since re-establishing his firm in 2012. Active markets for the firm: retail centers, medical office buildings, surgical centers, and senior living. Callaway returned to its grocery roots by designing Winco Foods’ first 95k SF grocery store in Fort Worth, the first of many in DFW. Callaway is also designing an assisted living center in Austin, a surgical center in Florida, and has 32 medical office buildings in design or construction in several states. Pictured is Ranier Medical in Flower Mound, a recent Callaway project. It's also designing a number of retail shopping centers, including an 80-acre center in DFW and several sites for Garden Ridge and other corporate retail anchors across the country.
