Coldwell Banker Expands Merger, Acquires Houston Office
Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance DFW joined in the recent merger of the two largest CBC affiliates in the nation and will change its name slightly and expand services. The local full-service brokerage firm will be called Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW, or CBC Advisors DFW.
CBC Advisors DFW managing principal Gary Walker says it will eventually open a third DFW location in addition to the firm's HQ at 255 North Center St in Arlington and Fort Worth office at 1300 South University Drive.
Senior management for the 12-broker team includes COO Carol Coffman-Sosebee (pictured) and principal Theron Bryant.
CBC Advisors bought the Alliance, which included a Houston affiliate, about three months ago from New York-based Sutherland Asset Management. The DFW office completed the process to join the network, which totals 30 offices in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, New York, Nevada, Texas and Utah. CBC Advisors' revenue grew 308% from 2013-2015 and 406% since the acquisition this year.
